You may request the rectification of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete, the erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or data portability.

Personal data will be anonymised once the legal basis for further processing has expired.

The data retention period is determined according to the purpose of the services provided.

Information regarding personal data processed for the purpose of sending the Newsletter:

A Customer who is a natural person subscribing to the Newsletter consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for sending the Newsletter.

The processed data includes the Customer's first and last name, email address, city of residence, and the IP address from which the Newsletter subscription and confirmation were made.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), to which the Customer is a party, after confirming that they have read and accepted the portal's Terms and Conditions and agreed to create an account by selecting the appropriate checkbox during registration and then clicking the Newsletter activation link.

Consent to the processing of personal data (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) is given for the purpose of periodically receiving information about offers and promotions tailored to the Customer, in accordance with the portal's Terms of Sale, by selecting the appropriate checkbox when purchasing a ticket and then clicking the Newsletter activation link.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included both in the initial subscription confirmation email and in every subsequent Newsletter email.

The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority regarding the processing of their personal data.
